Privacy Policy

Effective August 30, 2026

DataWidget monitors data usage locally. Optional online assistance, advertising, analytics, and background notifications use the third-party services described below.

1. Data on your device

Network-usage history, billing cycles, alert thresholds, game progress, credits, preferences, and device boot timestamps are stored locally. DataWidget does not receive this local data. Deleting the App removes it, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.

2. Local network monitoring

Usage totals are calculated on your device. Your internet traffic is not routed through DataWidget, the developer, or any third-party server for monitoring.

3. Optional AI assistant

When you send a question to the online assistant, DataWidget sends the current question, limited recent conversation context, and relevant in-app help text to Google Firebase AI Logic and the Gemini Developer API so Google can generate a response. DataWidget does not store these conversations on a developer-operated server.

The assistant currently uses Google's unpaid Gemini service. Under Google's terms, submitted content and generated responses may be used to provide, improve, and develop Google products, and human reviewers may process them. Do not enter personal, sensitive, confidential, medical, legal, or financial information. You can avoid this processing by not using the assistant or by hiding its button in Preferences. If online help fails, compatible devices may use Apple's on-device model.

4. Advertising and analytics

Google AdMob displays ads, and Google Analytics for Firebase records ad delivery, impressions, clicks, rewards, revenue events, and related app interactions. Google may process IP-derived coarse location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash data, and performance data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Where required, the App requests advertising consent. Available choices appear under Preferences → Ad Privacy. Unlimited Access removes ads.

5. Background notifications

Firebase Cloud Messaging helps deliver silent notifications for background refresh. It may process an APNs or FCM token, app installation identifier, device model, language, time zone, OS version, App identifier, and App version. Notification permission and background-refresh settings can be managed in the App and iOS Settings.

6. Sharing and retention

We do not sell locally stored usage or configuration data. Google processes and retains information according to its terms and privacy policy. DataWidget has no user account system and does not use assistant text for advertising.

7. Your choices

  • Do not use or hide the assistant; clear its visible chat at any time.
  • Manage available ad privacy choices in Preferences.
  • Manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
  • Delete the App to remove locally stored App data.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. Users should not enter personal information into the assistant. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

9. Contact and updates

DataWidget 在设备本地监控数据用量。可选的在线助手、广告、分析与后台通知会使用下述第三方服务。

1. 设备本地数据

网络用量历史、计费周期、提醒阈值、游戏进度、积分、偏好设置和设备启动时间保存在设备本地。DataWidget 不会收到这些本地数据。删除 App 会移除这些数据，但仍受正常 iOS 备份行为影响。

2. 本地网络监控

用量统计在设备本地完成。用于监控的互联网流量不会经过 DataWidget、开发者或任何第三方服务器。

3. 可选的 AI 助手

当你向在线助手发送问题时，DataWidget 会把当前问题、有限的近期对话上下文及相关应用帮助文字发送至 Google Firebase AI Logic 和 Gemini Developer API，由 Google 生成回答。DataWidget 不会把这些对话保存在开发者运营的服务器上。

助手目前使用 Google 的免费 Gemini 服务。根据 Google 的条款，提交内容和生成回答可能被用于提供、改进和开发 Google 产品，也可能由人工审核人员处理。请勿输入个人、敏感、机密、医疗、法律或财务信息。你可以不使用助手，或在偏好设置中隐藏助手按钮。在线服务失败时，兼容设备可能会使用 Apple 的本地模型。

4. 广告与分析

Google AdMob 用于展示广告；Google Analytics for Firebase 记录广告加载、曝光、点击、奖励、收入事件及相关应用互动。Google 可能处理由 IP 推断的粗略位置、设备或应用标识符、广告数据、产品互动、崩溃和性能数据，用于广告、分析、防欺诈与服务运行。

5. 后台通知

Firebase Cloud Messaging 用于发送后台刷新的静默通知，可能处理 APNs/FCM 令牌、应用安装标识符、设备型号、语言、时区、系统版本、应用标识符和应用版本。

6. 共享与保留

我们不会出售保存在本地的用量或配置数据。Google 会依据其条款和隐私政策处理并保留信息。DataWidget 没有用户账户系统，也不会把助手文字用于广告。

7. 你的选择

  • 不使用或隐藏助手，并可随时清除可见对话。
  • 在偏好设置中管理适用的广告隐私选项。
  • 在 iOS 设置中管理通知权限。
  • 删除 App 以移除应用本地数据。

8. 儿童隐私

本 App 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。请勿在助手中输入个人信息。如你认为儿童提交了个人信息，请联系我们。

9. 联系方式与更新

当 App、服务商或适用要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。如有隐私问题，请发送邮件至 datatracker.contact@gmail.com。
